Taylor Sets Up Conner to Double

Brett Slezak

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Heads-up to the turn with 24,000 in the middle, Walter Taylor checked from under the gun to Christopher Conner in middle position who checked behind.

With the completed board reading K♥8♥3♦4♠Q♥, Taylor quickly jammed his final 18,600 into the middle and Conner snapped it off.

Walter Taylor: 8♠8♦ All in
Christopher Conner: K♦Q♣

It was a cooler scenario with Taylor holding a set against the top two of Conner who paid off Taylor for the max.
