Vo Bets Big on River
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Michael Persky got the hand started with a raise to 1,000 from the hijack position. Hung Vo called on the button and Kong Wang defended his big blind.
Wang checked the 7♦4♥A♦ flop before Persky bet 2,100. Vo called, and Wang got out of the way with a fold.
The K♠ turn elicited a bet of 4,500 from Persky, and Vo once again came along with a call.
Persky slowed down on the 6♦ river. Vo gave it a thought before he pushed out 15,000. Persky went into the tank while he pondered his decision. Eventually, Persky went with a fold to award the pot to Vo who crossed the six-figure mark after winning the pot.
