The players have been sent on their first 10-minute break of the day with the clock reading 53 entries.
David Helpard opened to 1,200 from the hijack and Marcello Iacovella flatted in the cutoff. On the button, Shane Beckingsdale squeezed to 4,000, and both opponents called.
On the A♠8♣5♥ flop, it checked to Beckingsdale who bet 2,500 and only Helpard called.
The Q♥ turn checked through to the J♦ river which saw Helpard lead for 7,000 and Beckingsdale snapped it off.
David Helpard: K♠9♠
Shane Beckingsdale: A♥10♣
Helpard was bluffing after missing his backdoor draws, while Beckingsdale made the right call with top pair to win the pot.
The next hand, June Jenkins opened to 3,000 in middle position and Helpard flatted on her left.
On the 10♥7♣2♣ flop, Jenkins led all in for just under 39,000 and Helpard put a stack forward to call as the slightly covering player.
June Jenkins: A♦A♣
David Helpard: 9♣5♣
Jenkins held the overpair against the flush draw of Helpard. The K♥4♦ runout offered no help to either player, leaving the aces of Jenkins best to scoop a huge one. Helpard was left with just a few chips and eliminated shortly after.

Heads-up to the turn with a little under 4,000 in the middle, the board read Q♥8♦3♣J♦. Kelli Mix checked from the big blind to Li Zi Zhou in middle position who bet 2,000. Mix responded with a check-jam for her remaining 7,100 stack, and Zhou quickly called with the covering stack.
Kelli Mix: Q♣6♦
Li Zi Zhou: K♥K♦
Mix had flopped top pair but was in bad shape against the overpair of Zhou. The K♠ landed on the river, improving Zhou to top set as he sent an opponent to the rail.
