Meza Takes It on the River
Level 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Action went three ways to a flop of 8♥A♥9♦ in a hand between the under-the-gun Christopher Meza, the player in early position, and Steven McCartney in middle position.
It checked over to McCartney, who bet 2,500, and only Meza called to see the 5♦ turn. Meza check-called again, this time for 8,000, and the A♠ rolled off on the river.
Meza fired out a bet of 16,000, representing most of McCartney's remaining stack. McCartney thought for a brief moment before giving up his hand.
