Dawson Tables Big Slick

Action went heads up to a flop of A♥10♦4♠ in a three-bet pot between Eric La Brocca on the button and Parker Dawson in the big blind.

With about 9,000 in the middle, Dawson bet 2,500 and La Brocca called, bringing the 3♣ turn.

Dawson continued with a bet of 9,000, forcing La Brocca to give up his hand after a moment of thought.

Dawson showed A♣K♥ for top pair, top kicker, while La Brocca mentioned that he had pocket queens.
