Anderson on the Rise
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Action went four-ways to a flop of K♣4♦7♥ where it checked to Hanson Nguyen in the big blind, who bet 3,000. Only Quentin Anderson on the button called to see the 6♣ turn.
Nguyen slowed down with a check, prompting Anderson to fire out a bet of 7,500. Nguyen thought for a moment before reluctantly sliding his cards into the muck.
"I'll show you one time, two pair," said Anderson as he turned over 7♦6♠ before stacking his chips.
