Cole Hits the Flush
Level 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Action went heads-up to a flop of 6♣Q♦6♦ in a hand between Deven Cole in early position and Huong Nguyen on the button.
With 12,500 in the middle, Cole check-raised all in for 35,500 over Nguyen's bet of 6,000. She made the call to put Cole at risk.
Deven Cole: A♦3♦
Huong Nguyen: A♥6♠
Cole found another diamond on the 4♦ turn, improving to the nut flush. Nguyen still had outs to a boat but the K♣ river was a blank, earning Cole the double up.
