Sparks Shows a Straight
Level 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Steve Sparks led out for 3,000 in the hijack after seeing the 5♥6♦4♥ flop, and Laura Lett called in the cutoff. Saul Sarabia Cruz came along on the button, and Sparks fired again for 5,000 on the 6♥ turn.
Lett slid in another call, while Cruz got out of the way. The Q♠ river completed the board, with Sparks and Lett both checking it down.
Sparks tabled 3♠2♠ for a straight, while Lett could only turn over 7♣7♥.
