Brown Calls Down Mircetic
Level 4
: 300/500, 500 ante
Dora Coyle and Halit Ozaltun limped in middle position before Nikola Mircetic raised to 2,300 in the small blind. David Brown called in the big blind, with Coyle and Ozeltun also sliding in calling chips.
Mircetic led out for 3,000 on the Q♣K♦7♥ flop, with Brown and Ozaltun calling while Coyle let her hand go.
The 5♦ turn produced another bet from Mircetic, this time for 8,200. Only Brown called to see the 9♦ river, where Mircetic fired again for 13,000.
Brown slid in a call, and Mircetic tabled 9♥4♥ for a pair of nines. Brown showed K♣4♠ for a pair of kings to claim the pot.
