Baby Pair Good for Coyle
Level 16
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Dora Coyle raised in early position to 22,000, with Tony Hirzel calling on her left. Matthew McGuigan defended his big blind, and all three players checked the 8♣2♣4♣ flop.
McGuigan checked once more on the 6♦ turn, and Coyle fired 40,000 into the middle. Hirzel folded, while McGuigan made the call.
The 6♥ river saw both players decline to bet, and Coyle turned over 5♣5♥ for two pair. McGuigan flipped over the 4♠ as he mucked, and Coyle took down the pot.
