Kemper Keeps Climbing
Level 15
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Drake Kemper raised to 20,000 in middle position and was called by Charles Sims and Billy Seber in the blinds. The flop fell K♣8♦3♥ and Kemper continued with a bet of 45,000. Sims called and Seber stepped aside.
The J♣ landed on the turn and Sims checked to Kemper who announced all in. Sims shrugged as he called off his stack of around 150,000.
Charles Sims: K♠Q♥
Drake Kemper: A♥A♣
The river was the 5♠ and Kemper's pocket aces held up to send Sims to the rail.
