Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 200 ante
This hand was picked up on the turn of a board that read J♥6♠4♦9♥ with approximately 15,000 in the middle. James Bucaro checked from under the gun before Dionta James bet 7,000 from middle position. Bucaro responded with an all-in for 32,900.
James went into the tank as he mulled over the decision. He asked for a count, then cut out the chips for a call before he plopped them in the middle and put Bucaro at risk.
James Bucaro: K♣J♣
Dionta James: J♠8♦
Bucaro was well ahead with his pair of jacks with his king kicker, and the river did not disappoint him when it came the 9♠ to award him the double up.
