Level 5
: Blinds 300/600, 300 ante
A three-way all-in broke out preflop with Quinten Melius at risk for 13,400 and Michael Barlow at risk for approximately 51,000. Joffrey Gaetz had both covered as they went to showdown.
Quinten Melius: 5♦3♦
Michael Barlow: A♦K♣
Joffrey Gaetz: Q♣Q♥
The flop gave Melius a toehold when it came 3♠8♠7♥, but Gaetz was still in front with a pair of threes.
The 9♥ turn was in favor of Gaetz, as he was poised to score a double knockout with one card left.
Melius would find another three when the 3♥ spiked the river, and he scored the triple. Gaetz would still win the sizeable side pot as he busted Barlow from the tournament.
Barlow would re-buy to start with a fresh starting stack.
