Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 500 ante
Michael Thomas made it 3,000 from early position before Dionta James called from the next seat over. Matthew Ion three-bet to 10,000 from the big blind in response. Both Thomas and James called.
The 7♣5♣8♠ flop led to an all-in from Ion for 25,500. Thomas went all-in for 5,000. James called to put both his opponents at risk.
Michael Thomas: Q♦9♦
Matthew Ion: A♣Q♥
Dionta James: 6♠6♥
James had both looking to hit a straight or an overcard to stay alive, as his pocket sixes were in front.
The 3♥ turn kept James in front.
James would be the one to improve to a straight on the 4♥ river as both Thomas and Ion hit the rail.
