Level 12
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 2,000 ante
James Bucaro began the action with an open to 8,000 from under the gun. Thomas Della Volpe called from the next seat over before Antonio Ndoja three-bet to 30,000 on the button. Bucaro folded, but Della Volpe made the call.
The 5♠7♦2♥ flop resulted in a check from Della Volpe. Ndoja fired 15,000 and was called.
Both players slowed with a check on the 4♠ turn, bringing the J♦ river.
Della Volpe checked before Ndoja opted to shove on the river. Della Volpe would have been at risk should he have made the call, but that did not come to pass as he mucked the river.
"Do you want to see it?" asked Ndoja.
"Sure," said Della Volpe.
Ndoja rolled over K♥8♥ for king-high as he took down the pot.
