Level 14
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 3,000 ante
It was a battle of the blinds after Michael Barlow shoved from the small blind and Alexander Zelinko quickly called from the big blind and put himself at risk for approximately 27,000.
Alexander Zelinko: J♠J♥
Michael Barlow: A♦A♠
Zelinko picked a monster hand for a blind versus blind scenario, but the problem was that Barlow picked up the absolute best starting hand from the small blind.
The 2♠6♥8♥ flop kept Barlow in the lead.
Zelinko picked up a flush draw on the 10♥ turn, but he was unable to find a heart or a jack on the 9♠ river.
