Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 500 ante
This hand was picked up on the flop of 7♥9♣5♠ with over 5,000 in the middle. Ronald Bell checked from the small blind before James Kennedy fired 2,400 from the big blind. Derek Feierabend called out of the cutoff. Bell also called.
All three players passed on the J♠ turn, ushering in the 6♠ river. Bell checked again before Kennedy bet 6,000. Feirabend and Bell both called.
Kennedy showed a pair of fives with 5♥3♥. Feierabend had that beat with his J♥10♣ for a pair of jacks.
They were both outdone by Bell, who tabled 10♠8♠ for a straight to claim the pot on the river.
