Dellaria Catches Carbone Speeding
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 600 ante
This pot had swelled to over 30,000 on a complete board of 10♥5♠7♥10♠6♦.
Frank Dellaria checked his option from middle position before Anthony Carbone followed with a big bet of 25,000 on the button.
Dellaria had 20,400 behind, as Carbone's bet was a decision for all his chips. Dellaria mulled it over before he stacked his chips and slammed them on the table.
Dellaria began to get up from his seat, expecting to be shown a big hand, but Carbone only had ace-high when he showed A♠3♠ for a missed flush draw. Dellaria tabled 6♣5♥ for two pair to claim the pot and secure the double.
