Hockey Bounces Boysel
Level 15
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 4,000 ante
Dietrich Boysel opened to 20,000 from the hijack before Randy Hockey went all-in for 146,000 on the button. Boysel called and put himself at risk for 130,000.
Dietrich Boysel: 10♠10♥
Randy Hockey: A♠K♣
It was a classic flip between a pocket pair and the overcards. The flop favored the overcards this time when it came 3♣A♦A♥, as Hockey hit trip aces.
Boysel needed to hit one of his two remaining tens, but it did not appear on the 6♦ turn or the Q♥ river, eliminating Boysel from contention.
