Garr Holds to Send Dellaria to the Rail
Level 21
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 15,000 ante
Frank Dellaria shoved from middle position for approximately 185,000. David Hanna called from the cutoff before James Garr went all-in on the button for more. Hanna called and put Dellaria and Garr at risk.
Frank Dellaria: A♠9♦
James Garr: Q♥Q♦
David Hanna: 8♥8♦
Garr had the best of it with his pocket queens, but with five cards to go, anything could happen.
The Q♣5♣10♥ flop was a welcome sight for Garr as he hit a set of queens and took a commanding lead.
Garr would hold on the K♣ turn and the 9♥ river as he scored the knockout after scooping the pot.
