Level 11
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Daniel "Donk" Hughes got the hand going with an open to 7,000. Bryan Mulberry called on the button, and Hank Shephard also called from the big blind.
It checked to Hughes on the A♠2♠5♥ flop. Hughes bet 5,000 and was called by both Mulberry and Shephard.
The 3♥ turn checked around to Mulberry before he opted to go all-in for 35,000. Shephard folded, but Hughes made the call and put Mulberry at risk.
Bryan Mulberry: A♣4♣
Daniel Hughes: A♦9♠
Hughes held the edge preflop, but Mulberry smacked his straight on the turn as Hughes was left hoping for a chop.
"Four," said Hughes as the river came, but his was not granted when the Q♦ hit the river.
