Heaton Shows Winner

A player from early position limped before Rodney Spriggs followed with a limp from the hijack. Timothy Tatro joined with a limp from the cutoff. Colin Heaton chose to raise to 1,800 on the button. Both the early position opponent and Spriggs called, while Tatro folded.

The Q♣J♣6♥ flop was checked to Heaton, who continued for 3,000. The early position opponent called, while Spriggs got out with a fold.

Heaton bet 5,000 on the 5♦ turn when it was checked to him, but his opponent chose to respond with a check-raise to 13,000. Heaton called.

The 7♥ turn was checked by both players, and they went to showdown.

Heaton tabled A♠Q♠, which was good, as his opponent showed K♣10♣ for a missed straight draw.
