River Bet Does it for Brutte
Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
This hand was picked up on the turn of a board that read Q♠7♠4♦J♠ with approximately 10,000 in the middle.
Mark Brutte checked from early position before Rodney Spriggs opted to bet 7,000. Brutte called.
The 2♣ river led to a river bet of 20,000 from Brutte. Spriggs gave it consideration, but thought better of making the call.
Spriggs mucked his hand to yield the pot to Brutte on the river.
