Frederici's suspicions proved correct as his kings were crushed by Khorram's aces. The board ran out 2♥3♦8♠5♣7♣ and Khorram took the pot.

It took a few moments for the stacks to be confirmed. "Is this a needle?" Frederici asked as it was eventually determined Khorram indeed have him covered.

The turn was the 8♠ and Drummonds bet another 75,000. Fehr then moved all in for 600,000, and Drummonds quickly folded.
