Watson Puts in a Big Shove Against Maras; Cortum Smacks the Flop to Double Off Hinkle

Zac Campbell raised to 18,000 in early position and Kevin Watson three-bet to 45,000 in the hijack. Jon Maras called on the button, while Campbell got out of the way.
The flop came J♠9♥7♣ and Watson continued for 44,000. Maras called, and the 2♠ fell on the turn. Watson then moved all in for 286,000.
Maras spent several minutes in the tank, but he eventually gave up his hand and Watson took down the pot.
At the same time at another table, Kelly Cortum was all in for 83,000 from the button and up against Blair Hinkle under the gun.

Cortum wasn't behind for long, as the 10♣9♣8♣ flop gave him a straight. The rest of the board ran out 10♦Q♣ and Cortum doubled up.
