The flop came K♣6♦8♦, Arreola led out for 27,000, and Ticsay made the call.

On the J♥ turn, Arreola led out again, this time for 33,000, and Ticsay moved all in to put Arreola at risk who had about 130,000 back. Arreola went into the tank, eventually deciding to make the call.

Arreola had outs with an open-ended straight draw, but couldn't get there as the 10♣ landed on the river.

Stephen Ticsay raised to 16,000 in late position, Gilbert George flatted in the cutoff, and Dori Coyle three-bet jammed on the button for 53,000. Ticsay reraised to 100,000 in an attempt to isolate, but George had other plans and moved all in for 180,000 total. Pot committed, Ticsay reluctlantly made the call.

"Do I need stand-up equity?" said Coyle and she rose to her feet to watch the favorable 4♣8♠Q♦ flop come out.

Coyle locked up the triple up on the Q♣ turn, improving to trips, and George was sent to the rail when the 10♣ rolled off on the river. Ticsay earned the side pot.

Chang Crosses the 500k Mark

Debbie Lee raised to 16,000 under the gun and was called by Eric Chang in the hijack and Stephen Ticsay in the big blind.

The flop came 6♦K♥K♦ and it checked over to Chang, who bet 18,000. Only Lee decided to stick around.

The 2♥ turn went check-check, as did the 10♠ river. Chang turned over 7♥7♣ for two pair, kings and sevens, besting the A♥6♥ of Lee.

Action went heads-up to a flop of 6♥Q♦8♥ in a hand between the under-the-gun Stephen Ticsay and Alfredo Arreola in the hijack.

Ticsay check-called a bet of 23,000 from Arreola, bringing the 5♦ turn. Ticsay checked again and Arreola fired out a bet of 51,000.

After a moment of thought, Ticsay tossed his cards into the muck and the pot was pushed to Arreola.
