Down to only a handful of big blinds on the outer table, Nishide was at risk holding the A♣2♥. KNT had one overpair to the kicker in 3♥3♣ and flopped a set on 7♥3♠2♦ to leave Nishide on the ropes. Some hope came with the A♥ turn but the K♠ river sent Nishide out in 21st place.
The next big flip unfolded on the side feature table and it was Konno who was all-in preflop against cafe latte.

Shimotsuke was able to stave off elimination three times earlier before he then got the short stack in with 6♣6♦ against the resurgent KNT, who tabled the A♣9♥. The board ran out 9♣8♦7♦7♥A♠ and the over cards got there for the knockout.
Also no longer inm is KC1016, who departed from the main stage table.
genO bowed out from the outer tables when his dominated Q♠J♠ failed to get there against the A♠J♥ of lyu in the cutoff. They both made top pair on the J♣8♦4♦3♦4♣ runout.
lyu was also respopnsible for the elimination of mizuwimps as well to stack up further chips before he was moved tables.
On the feature tables, Sheldon WU was all-in with K♣J♠ against the A♥Q♥ of Kigawa. Both paired up on the J♦8♦2♦4♥Q♣ board to send Sheldon WU out shy of the final three tables.

genO was all-in for 465,000 with K♦K♥ after mizuwimps had pushed for more from under the gun, revealing the 5♥5♣. The board ran out 4♥3♠2♠7♠8♠ and neither player had a spade for genO to double.
mizuwimps was down to fumes but doubled in the next hand against tanaka0129.
