Posadas Puts Mischel in a Tough Spot

The flop came 10♣7♣K♠ and Mischel check-called a bet of 4,000 from Posadas, bringing the 8♦ turn, where both players checked.

On the Q♣ river, Mischel led out for 17,500 and after a moment of thought, Posadas raised to 40,000. Mischel went into the tank, eventually folding his hand even though he was getting a great price.

His fold turned out to be correct when Posadas showed A♣J♠ for Broadway, as he dragged in the pot.

The flop came K♣4♥J♠ and it checked to Glasgow, who bet 5,000. Only Mischel continued to the J♣ turn.

Mischel check-called again, this time for 8,000, and the 7♥ landed on the river. Mischel checked for a third time and Glasgow bet once more, this time for 15,000.

Mischel thought for a moment before making the call and Glasgow shook his head before tabling 6♦5♦. Mischel turned over K♦10♥ for two pair, kings and jacks, to claim the pot.
