Chris Elkins chose to bet 3,500 from the small blind and was called from the big blind and a player in middle position.

The 5♥ river elicited a round of checks.

The middle position player showed A♣9♦ for a pair of nines, but it was Elkins who had the winner when he tabled J♣10♣ for a pair of tens.

The 6♦ turn did not change the standings, but the 3♠ river gave Bergh a straight as he avoided elimination.

Action got started with a raise from early position to 2,600. This attracted a call from the hijack and button before David Bridgett came along with a call from the big blind.

Bridgett checked the 5♥5♦6♠ flop before the original raiser put out a bet of 5,000. This garnered folds from the hijack and button, but Bridgett was not done with the hand as he called.

Both players checked the J♣ turn to bring the A♠ river.

Bridgett slid out a bet of 10,000, which led to a fold from his opponent.

Bridgett flashed the 5♣ as he dragged in the chips.
