Rockets for Huff

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action went four-ways to a flop of A58 with just over 3,000 in the middle. It checked around to Anthony Huff in the cutoff who bet 1,200 and only the player in the small blind called.

The turn fell the 9 and the small blind check-called a bet of 2,500 from Huff, brining the 5 river.

The small blind checked for a third time and Huff showed no signs of slowing down, firing out a bet of 5,000. The small blind called and saw the bad news when Huff turned over AA for a full house, aces full of fives.

The RunGood Poker Series returns to Missouri here at Hollywood Casino St. Louis, with Day 1a of the RGPS Passport Season $800 Main Event kicking off at 5:00 p.m. local time. The tournament features a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool, with four Day 1 starting flights taking place over three days. Players who advance from each flight will combine and return for Day 2 on Sunday, March 8, where a winner will be crowned.

The last time the RGPS made a stop in St. Louis was almost a year ago in April 2025 for the Mission RunGood Series, where the main event attracted 640 entries, generating a whopping $448,000 prize pool. Justin Done earned his seat through a $185 satellite and walked away with $62,000 and his first RGPS ring after a three-way ICM deal was agreed upon.

Players will begin each starting flight with 40,000 in chips and blinds will begin at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. Blinds will be 30 minutes in length during the Day 1 flights and will increase to 40 minutes for Day 2. Late registration is open until the start of Level 9, where players have the option to forfeit their stack and reenter for $800.

Should a player choose to play multiple Day 1 flights, only the highest qualifying stack will be permitted to continue to Day 2. Any lower stack(s) will be removed from play at the start of Day 2 and receive a min-cash.

Play for Day 1 flights will conclude once 12.5% of the field (rounded down) remains and those who bag will be in the money. Day 2 will then start at the earliest blind level of the four flights on Sunday, March 8, where the event will play down to a winner.
