Danai Shows Winner
Level 9
: Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Sean Drake opened to 3,500 from early position, but Marc Danai wanted to put more chips in the pot and chose to three-bet to 7,500 from the cutoff.
Drake called and sent them to a flop of K♦8♣A♥. Both Drake and Danai checked it down all the way on the 9♣ turn and the 4♣ river to go to a showdown.
Drake announced queen high, but it was no good as Danai tabled Q♦Q♥ for a pair of queens to claim the pot.
