The hijack raised to 1,000, and the cutoff called. Matthew Dillon three-bet to 3,200 from the button, and only the cutoff called.
Both players checked the 
flop, and the cutoff bet 2,500 when the 
fell on the turn. Dillon raised to 7,500, and the cutoff thought for a few moments before sliding his cards to the dealer. Dillon showed the table 
for a flush draw and a gutshot, and took down the pot.
A player checked a 
board from the big blind, and Adam Bacome bet 8,000 on the button. The big blind check-raised all in for 22,500, and Bacome went into the tank.
"You gonna show me a set of sixes?" Bacome asked the big blind, who didn't reply. A short time later, Bacome called.

A preflop raising war saw Ted Forshey get his last 24,900 in from the small blind, and he was at risk against a player in the big blind.

board, and he doubled up.
A player raised to 1,000 from under the gun, and Wagner Uchoa called next to act. Right behind them, a middle position player three-bet shoved for 6,600, and action folded back to the under-the-gun player. After a few moments thought, the under-the-gun player folded, and Uchoa snap-called.

runout, and he earned the knockout.
Patrick Watkins checked a 
board from the small blind, and the big blind bet 2,000. The hijack called, and Watkins check-raised all in for 6,600. The big blind made a quick call, while the hijack folded.

"I need a queen and a queen only...shoulda bet the flop," the big blind said ruefully.
No queen would come on the river, and Watkins doubled up.
This weekend at Horseshoe Council Bluffs, a total of three Golden Tickets were available for players to try and earn their way to the RunGood Poker Series All-Stars ProAm, by winning any of the three tournaments taking place. One of those tournaments was Thursday's Event #1: $250 Black Chip Bounty, which saw 267 players hit the felt in search of $100 Bounties, the ProAm Seat and a coveted RGPS All-Stars Ring.
In the end, it was Kenneth Baime who earned the victory and $6,863, along with the ring and the seat in December's All-Stars ProAm.
