"Practise your victory dance - not because you’ll use it, but because it’s good for morale.
"You have to believe in the magic, even if the poker gods have blocked your number. A good victory dance keeps you loose, keeps the vibes high, and if nothing else, confuses your housemates when you start flossing after winning a small blind. I’ve got three routines locked in.
"I’ve never made it far enough to use the third, but when I do, it involves a confetti cannon and a fog machine."
