Novak Reels in $77.6K Payday & Sixth SCOOP Title

SCOOP 27-H: $5,200 NLHE [Progressive KO, Thursday Thrill High Roller] wrapped up on Saturday with Andrey “Anjeyyy” Novak storming through the final table to capture the title and the biggest payday of the event.

The two-day High Roller drew 53 entries, generating a $265,000 prize pool and comfortably surpassing the $250,000 guarantee. When play paused at the end of Day 1, Andy “BowieEffect” Wilson held a commanding chip lead over the final six and looked well positioned to claim the trophy. However, Novak had other plans.

The Ukrainian surged during the final table and ultimately closed out the tournament for $39,235 from the regular prize pool plus $38,359 in bounties, bringing his total payday to $77,595 and securing his sixth SCOOP title.

Wilson, who returned with the overnight chip lead, had to settle for second place. He earned nearly the same amount from the main prize pool but collected $27,109 in bounties, bringing his total to $66,344.

Juan “Malaka$tyle” Pardo rounded out the podium after finishing third, while the final table also featured Stevan “random_chu” Chew and Swedish online legend Niklas “Lena900” Astedt.
