Nomikos and Sarache Both Bubble the May Deep Stack

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Chris Nomikos (L) and Javier Sarache (R)
Chris Nomikos (L) and Javier Sarache (R)

Shortly after the break, there were three all-ins at different tables that resulted in two eliminations.

One of them happened when Chris Nomikos got his stack all in on a {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop and another player called.

Nomikos: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Opponent: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

Nomikos had a flush draw and two over, but he missed as the {5-Hearts} bricked the turn followed by the {k-Spades} on the river.

Meanwhile, Javier Sarache got his short stack all in preflop and was at risk against five other players. Side action eventually saw Nir Peleg push out everyone else on the turn with the board reading {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{q-Clubs}.

Peleg: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Sarache: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Sarache was looking for a ten on the river but it didn't come as the {5-Spades} bricked instead. Given the double elimination, Nomikos and Sarache split the $504 reserved for 96th place, meaning they each were awarded $252.

Jeff Charlton
Jeff Charlton

David Rocca raised to 25,000 under the gun and Ory Hen called from the hijack. Jeff Charlton then moved all in for 90,000 from the small blind and Rocca four-bet to 155,000, which inspired Hen to get out of the way.

Charlton: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Rocca: {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Charlton had the best of it and he scored the double after the board ran out {7-Clubs}{3-Spades}{a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}.

Karp Busts While Zarcadoolas Triples

Level 23 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Steve Karp
Steve Karp

The preflop action escaped us but we do know it resulted in a three-way all-in pot. Steve Karp was all in for 430,000 and Matthew Zarcadoolas for 450,000. Antonio Albanes had them both covered and at risk.

Karp: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Zarcadoolas: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Albanes: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

Zarcadoolas had the best of it and his hand held after a {4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades} run out. Karp exited in 21st place for $1,848 while Zarcadoolas essentially tripled in the hand.

Antonio Albanes - 18th Place
Antonio Albanes - 18th Place

Lou Ojeda raised to 70,000 under the gun and Ryan Van Sanford called next to act. Antonio Albanes then moved all in for roughly 400,000 to his direct left and action folded back to Ojeda, who folded. Van Sanford made the call and the hands were turned up.

Albanes: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Van Sanford: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

It was a flip but Albanes needed to improve to stay alive. That proved easier said than done though as the board ran out a dry {j-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

Erik Christensen Eliminated in 17th Place ($2,257)

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Erik Christensen - 17th Place

Guillermo Reyes limped from the hijack and Lou Ojeda raised to 90,000 from the button. Erik Christensen then moved all in for 630,000 from the big blind, Reyes isolated by jamming over the top, and Ojeda got out of the way.

Reyes: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Christensen: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}

Reyes had slowplayed his aces and he scored the elimination after the board ran out {k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.

Artur Tishchenko Eliminated in 16th Place ($2,257)

Artur Tishchenko	- 16th Place
Artur Tishchenko - 16th Place

Matthew Zarcadoolas moved all in for around 500,000 on the button and Artur Tishchenko called off for 300k from the small blind.

Tishchenko: {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Zarcadoolas: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

The {6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop was a disaster for Tishchenko as Zarcadoolas made a set. The {4-Spades} turn left Tishchenko drawing dead and he headed for the payout desk after the meaningless {k-Diamonds} was run out on the river.

Edgar Varas got his last 600,000 or so all in preflop and found himself racing for his tournament life against Richard Perea.

Perea: {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Varas: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

Ory Hen Eliminated in 12th Place ($3,428)

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Ory Hen - 12th Place
Ory Hen - 12th Place

Action folded to Ory Hen on the button and he moved all in for right around 600,000, which Aleksandr Shevelev called out of the big blind.

Hen: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Shevelev: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

Shevelev woke up with a big pocket pair while Hen was looking for some help. He didn't get any on the {q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop, but the {2-Diamonds} turn did give him both straight and flush draws.

Unfortunately for Hen, the {k-Hearts} river was a brick and his ride came to an end in 12th place.
