Age Is Just A Number

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Mike Kennedy
Mike Kennedy

Mike Kennedy open-shoved his last 115,000 and Tom Babiarz came over the top all in for 300,000. The rest folded and it turned out Kennedy had eights versus Babiarz' jacks.

Jacks held and Mike Kennedy is no longer the oldest guy in the tournament.

Nablo Out!

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Jason Nablo
Jason Nablo

Paul McLean had Jason Nablo's number today. Now he has all his chips.

The downfall for the clubhouse leader started when Nablo missed with big slick heads up with McLean. McLean made a straight and allowed Nablo to bluff off heaps.

Soon after, McLean raised kings and Nablo jammed with the {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. McLean snapped him off and Nablo missed again. As McLean joins the leaders on over 400,000, Nablo is on the rail making excuses.

Blind Squirrel Finds Nut

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

John Abraham limped aces from the small blind. Mark Roberts came over the top in the big blind, and after raises back and forth, they got it all in.

Roberts had the {a-}{q-} and Abraham's aces held on a board of bricks. Roberts was left with peanuts and busted unceremoniously soon after.

Abraham now rejoins the leaders and they will soon be moving to the final two tables.

A Hush Comes Over The Room

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Don Ranalli shoved 70,000 with fours and got nit-rolled by Jason Nablo with eights. Nablo eventually called and held.

In the meantime, Kim Long Trieu got it in preflop with {a-}{10-}, running into fours. Fours held.

They roll on now with a hush suddenly coming over the room and 23 remaining.

The Harder They Fall

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Phil Lennon
Phil Lennon

Maria Parlatore ran eights into Phil Lennon's kings to go broke.

In the meantime, Bill Lewandowski flopped top two and lost to a full house.

Play moves on quickly with 26 remaining.
