The second of six starting flights for the The 2017 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam $125 No-Limit Hold'em Reentry event drew 75 entries inside the Niagara Falls Poker Room at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Monday.
That makes 117 entries so far with four flights to come.
With 7:49 left in Level 13 they reached nine players remaining, representing 12 percent of the field, and play was halted.
Maurice Sessum built a lead as the night wore on and will bring a stack of 128,300 through to Thursday's Day 2. However, luck was on Steve Roberts' side throughout and he bagged almost as much, on 117,100. Plus, Keith Gray joins them in the six-figure stack club.
First flight leader John Abraham is still the leader in the clubhouse.

Paula Rasmussen finally relented, getting it in with an ace. After Carol Leonardi isolated on an ace-high flop with two sevens, she turned a set.
Rasmussen vowed to run better in another flight, although how could she possibly run worse?

River rivered a straight, but the same card gave Gray a flush. With that, they moved to one 10-handed table and with one more elimination they will halt play for the flight.
Dave Grana and Steve Roberts were headed in different directions up and down the leaderboard when Grana got it in with kings versus Roberts' .
In fact, Roberts had one foot out the door until an ace appeared on the river. The double up left Grana with scraps and Roberts almost 100,000.
