Matt Miceli is King

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Matt Miceli called an all in before the flop and tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} while his opponent showed pocket tens.

In a classic race, the flop came down {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}, putting Miceli ahead with a pair of kings.

The turn was the {8-Hearts} and the river was the {5-Clubs}. Miceli scooped the pot and sent his opponent to the rail. He now leads the entire field with close to 300,000 in chips.

Silvio Derubeis Continues to Climb

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Just a few moments ago, Silvio Derubeis was down to about eight big blinds. He picked up a couple of monsters and now has over 50 big blinds.

The player under the gun raised to 12,500 and Derubeis three-bet to 30,000 from early position. A player in middle position called all in for less with 15,000 and the player under the gun folded his hand.

Derubeis tabled {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} while his opponent held {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and Derubeis scooped the pot while sending his opponent to the rail.

Three-Way All In

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Silvio Derubeis, Dave Olshan and the player on the button were all in before the flop.

Derubeis: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Olshan: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Button: {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Derubeis was short with 20,900, Olshan had about 55,000 and the button had them both covered with 65,000.

The board ran out {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Derubeis tripled up while Olshan gained a few more chips on the side.

Top Set for Alex Rivera

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

On a board reading {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Hearts}, with about 65,000 in the pot already, Tim Gleb checked to Alex Rivera who moved all in.

Gleb wasted no time and tossed in a single chip, indicating a call.

Rivera tabled {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} for top set, and Gleb looked back at his cards with disgust, almost looking like he was going to muck them. He tabled {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and was drawing dead to the {9-Spades} on the river.

Rivera got a full double.
