Rico Steps Out in a Battle of Big Stacks

Christian Rico opened to 30,000 from under the gun and picked up calls from Matheus Araujo in the cutoff, Samara Alexandre, and Deddi Orpaz in the blinds.

The flop came A62 and the blinds checked to Rico who continued with a bet of 45,000. Araujo and Alexandre both called while Orpaz stepped aside.

The turn was the K and Alexandre checked again. Rico counted out a bet of 85,000 which got Araujo to lay his hand down. Alexandre thought for a bit longer but eventually dumped her cards into the muck as well. Rico raked in the pot with a sigh of relief as he showed his Q10 for complete air.
