After the raise, the dealer noticed that Leao went over the alotted time and had no time banks remaining. The floor was called and the raise was negated, forcing Leao to surrender his small blind and his cards.

The turn brought the 5♦ and Leao checked this time. Outor tossed in a bet of 40,000 and Leao stuck around for the 9♠ on the river. Leao checked again and Outor reached back for a bet of 125,000. Leao deliberated for a minute and then called.
Outor turned over 2♠2♣ for two pair but Leao held K♥9♣ for a better two pair on the river and raked in the pot.
