Around 18,000 was in the middle on a flop of A♥7♥5♠, and Benjamin Richards fired out a bet of 6,500. Marion Mizzi folded but Ignazio Ulma called.

On the 3♠ turn, things got a bit funky. Richards checked, Ulma slid out a bet of 13,000, and Richards snap check-jammed for around 52,000. Ulma couldn't get his chips into the middle quickly enough.

The flop came 7♠5♥4♣, and Morais check-called a bet of 1,900 from Cannizzaro.

The same pattern followed on the Q♥ turn, this time in respect of a bet of 5,000 from the Italian.

The 3♥ river was quickly checked through. Morais tabled 6♠2♥ for the rivered one-card straight, and Cannizzaro mucked.

Shane Dempsey opened to 2,500 under the gun, and was met with a three-bet to 7,500 from Sebastian Curcu in the next seat.

Pavle Pecelj was on the button, and after craning his neck to see the respective stacks of his opponents, and thinking for a bit, he produced a cold four-bet to 17,000. Dempsey quickly got out of the way, as did Curcu, but he seemed more frustrated than Dempsey in having to fold.

The 10♦ river completed the board, and Makavets fired again with a bet of 15,100.

Grochulski took a fair bit of time before calling, and tapped the table and mucked when Makavets showed A♠10♣ for two pair.

The 5♣ rolled off on the turn, and Tan folded in the face of a jam from Mihajlovski of 50,000 with the covering stack.
