Eugene Co was all-in and at risk preflop for just shy of the starting stack and had the best of it holding A♦K♥. He was up against Janno Alvarez with the A♥Q♣ and the latter smacked the board on the Q♠Q♥3♦7♠9♥ runout.
On the river of a 9♠7♣2♥10♦5♥ board, Po Hao Liao was all-in and looked up by table neighbour Mikhail Andriukhin, who flashed the A♠A♣. The Russian said "have a nice day" with heavy accent when he confirmed the knockout versus A♦9♦ for the flopped top pair and second pair on the river.

Jan Albea was already all-in and at risk out of the big blind without having looked at his cards. Martin Astorga bet the K♠Q♦J♦ flop for 3,000 and isolated. Albea flashed his J♣2♠ one by one and was trailing the A♣Q♠ of Astorga, who held up on the 10♠ turn and 9♣ river.
Jamie Paulson squeezed to 6,000 preflop and then eventually paid when Martin Astorga pushed all-in for 38,000 in the next seat.

Paulson celebrated with a vivid "yesss" when the flop came 10♥6♠4♥. Astorga called for a heart and got his sweat with the 9♥ turn. Sure enough, it was followed by the 8♥ river that gave Astorga an unlikely double.

With 1,800 three ways on the K♥Q♠9♠ flop, the 9♦ on the turn was checked through. Chi Yan Wong then checked the 6♦ on the river and Stefan Van Huyssteen bet 3,500. It folded back to Wong who check-raised to 10,000. Van Huyssteen tank-called and mucked when he was shown the 9♣8♥ for trips nines.
Birangat Gambhir was already awaiting his fate when the board ran out J♣10♣6♦K♥Q♥ and then exposed his K♠J♠ for kings and jacks. Oliver Lirio flashed the 9♦9♥ for the bottom end of the straight but Aso Seitaro had the best of it with the A♥4♦ for broadway to score the knockout.
Another three players bowed out almost simultaneously from nearby tables.
The late registration remains open until the end of level 11 and following break, and the penultimate starting flight continues to attract more new entries and re-entries along the way. Early into level six, the screens show a total of 153 entries with 127 players remaining and among the latest contenders to fire another bullet was Edgar Asehan.
