At the end of the level, Saurabh Gulati raised to 400,000 from under the gun and Nic Ioannoy three-bet to 1,200,000 after some consideration. It folded back to Gulati, who instantly moved all-in and was called as quickly by the current chip leader.

In the first hand back from the break, Nic Ioannoy opened to 500,000 and Diane Walker pushed all-in from the button. Saurabh Gulati in the big blind had a decision to make and opted to fold the A♦J♠ while Ioannoy then instantly called.

"I was ahead of both," Gulati said when the cards were flipped over.
