Jayson Zulch: 77 All in
Alexander Rizvi: A5

Zulch had a sweat on the 985 flop and Q turn but the J river was not what he was looking for, as Rizvi doubled to leave him short.

Navin Naicker

Jedd Kossew picked up the KK next and raised to 225,000 from an early position. Franco Da Matta called with 106 in the big blind but quickly folded on the AJ8 flop when facing a bet worth 150,000.

Naven Naicker then opened to 225,000 with the 99 and Mike Cupido three-bet to 500,000 in the hijack, holding the A10. All players behind folded and Naicker double-checked his cards to make the call. The J32 flop missed Cupido but he bet 325,000 when checked to, Naicker came along.

The J turn was checked by both and the 8 river completed the board. Naicker now stabbed for 350,000 and was paid off by Cupido to win a healthy pot.

Da Matta Leaves Persent Stunned

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Franco Da Matta

Jayson Zulch folded on the button and then promised Jon Persent to show what cards he was getting if Franco Da Matta in the small blind were to fold. However, Da Matta raised to 250,000 and Persent then three-bet to 600,000, Da Matta snap-called.

On the Q92 flop, Da Matta check-called a bet of 350,000 and they then checked down the Q turn as well as the 10 river.

"Queen," Da Matta declared and flipped over his Q4. When he spotted the cards of his neighbour, Persent was stunned.

It was the last hand on the outer table, as the final table had been reached and they were getting ready to move.

Cupido Spikes the River to Bust Gani

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Muaaz Gani
Muaaz Gani

Michael Cupido made it 225,000 to go with A4 first to act and Muaaz Gani flat-called with the AQ in the cutoff, Naven Naicker came along out of the big blind with the last queen in the deck as Q9.The A85 flop saw Cupido bet 200,000 with his top pair, only Gani called.

The 6 turn gave the big stack the nut flush draw on top and Cupido eyeballed the stack of Gani before betting big. Gani called all-in and needed to fade any four, seven or club to survive. However, the J river brought one of those many outs as Cupido improved to a flush and let the final table bubble burst.

Bluff Or No Bluff by Persent

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Muaaz Gani opened to 225,000 from under the gun and was called only by Jon Persent in the big blind. The K32 flop was checked by both and Persent bet the 5 turn for 325,000. Gani folded and then inquired.

"Bluff with jack-ten? You can tell me now," Gani said as he was about to get moved to the live stream table to balance the field. Two players had busted from there to bring the field down to the last ten.

"I will tell you later," Persent promised.

TA Knocked Out by Kossew

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Jedd Kossew

From under the gun, TA pushed all-in for the last seven big blinds with the A2 and was called by Jedd Kossew on the button with the K10 and Michael Cupido, who came along out of the big blind with A3.

The K43 had a piece for everyone with two pairs and a wheel draw. Kossew bet 400,000 and Cupido check-folded.

TA needed an ace or five but came up blank on the 9 turn as well as the 8 river. That knocked out TA in 11th place, two spots away from the final table.
