Alexandre Blanc raised to 200,000 with the K♥7♠ in the cutoff and earned a caller in Naven Naicker out of the big blind, who had the 7♦5♣. Naicker check-raised the K♦9♠8♣ flop from 100,000 to 350,000 and was called by Blanc.
They checked the 4♥ on the turn and Naicker gave up on the Q♥ river with the check. Blanc bet 650,000 and Naicker folded.

Alexandre Blanc limped in with the A♣K♣ and Alvin Pillay checked the K♥6♠ in the big blind. Thery checked the 10♠9♥8♥ flop and Blanc check-called the Q♣ turn for the J♠ river to complete the board.
Blanc now bet 400,000 with the nut straight and instantly called the shove by Pillay to send the local player out in 12th place.
Jayson Zulch won two small showdown pots and then raised the button to 165,000, Jon Persent called in the big blind. Persent led the 5♠4♠3♥ flop for 125,000 and Zulch folded.
Franco Da Matta then raised into the big blind of Muaaz Gani, who called. They checked the 9♠5♠4♠ flop, Gani check-raised the K♦ turn from 80,000 to 260,000 to force a snap-fold.

The 7♠7♦6♦9♣10♣ board kept the mighty ducks ahead for an urgently needed double.
The action folded to TA in the small blind and he jammed the 5♥5♦ for the last couple of blinds from the small blind. Alexandre Blanc called all-in for 410,000 with the 8♣6♣ and the A♣10♣3♥7♦7♠ board was a sweat, though, but kept the pocket pair ahead all the way.
Edgar Antezana check-called the K♦6♣3♣ flop for 250,000 against Jon Persent and they checked the 7♥ on the turn. Antezana checked again the A♠ on the river and Persent now bet 590,000. The call by Antezana followed and Persent tabled his J♣10♣ for the missed flush draw, which was beaten by the K♥3♦ for two pair.
Alexander Rizvi raised for Muaaz Gani to defend the big blind and both short stacks checked the 10♥10♠5♣ flop. On the 9♣ turn, Gani check-called for 125,000 and the 8♦ river was checked by Gani. Rizvi now bet 300,000 and Gani esxpected to be taken into value town to send his cards into the muck, albeit very reluctantly.
Muaaz Gani raised to 175,000 from under the gun and Jon Persent called in the big blind to see the Q♠10♣8♣ on the flop. Both checked and did so again on the A♥ turn. The river was the 3♣ and Gani checked behind to win the pot with the Q♥J♠ as Persent's K♥9♦ had missed.
Jedd Kossew made it 170,000 to go with the 4♦4♣ and Naven Naicker three-bet his K♠J♥ in the hijack to 320,000, Kossew called. They checked the entire board of A♥3♠2♣Q♥J♣ and Naicker won the pot as Kossew just shook his head prior to the river showdown.
