Eben Lottering three-bet to 12,000 preflop and Max Deveson as the initial raiser called.
Deveson checked the J♥10♦8♦ flop before calling a bet of 17,000 and they checked the []4s] on the turn. Deveson checked the 5♥ river once more and Lottering now bet 37,000.
After using one time bank extension, Deveson called and Lottering exposed the A♥Q♣ for a missed gutshot broadway draw. Deveson earned the pot with the Q♥10♥ for second pair.
Three ways to the 10♦3♥2♦ flop, Eben Lottering bet 2,500 from the small blind. Jarred Solomon called in the big blind, as did Okkie Fourie on the button. They checked the Q♣ turn and 6♥ river and Lottering shook his head. "How do I miss this?" he asked and flashed the A♦4♦.
Solomon had that beat with 8♦3♣ but Fourie held the better kicker in K♠3♠.
Over on the live stream table, Sean Bloom was all-in and at risk on a flop of J♥6♥4♣ against Zoran Kljajic. His K♥Q♥ had two over cards and a flush draw, the latter of which was no good as Kljajic had that covered with the A♥J♥.
The 5♠ turn and 3♣ river were both blanks and that sent Bloom to the rail.
On a flop of 7♥6♥4♣, Edgar Antezana with the 8♠7♠ and Hennie Appel with 8♣7♣ get their chips into the middle. The 5♠ turn ends the freeroll of Appel to make the 3♣ river a formality.
In the meanwhile, Divan Van Wyk departed after a roller coaster ride on his most recent entry.

Howard Lipman found a suited ace to get his shorter stack into the middle holding the A♣J♣. He was, however, in very rough shape as Eben Lottering had an easy call with the A♠A♥.
The A♦2♣2♠ flop essentially ended the tournament entry for Lipman, who needed running deuces to chop or any foul card in the deck to reset what just happened. Neither scenario came with the 7♥ turn and 4♠ river.
Rajeev Poonhath raise-called the shove of short stack Bianca James and it was a flip as follows.

There was no help yet on the 10♥4♠3♣ flop but the A♣ turn saw Poonhath pick up a lot of equity. With plenty of outs at his disposal, Poonhath hit one of them on the Q♦ river to send James to the rail.
Divan Van Wyk was able to rebuild his stack after the previous setback only to lose an equally big pot once more, this time in a preflop duel with Wesley Blom.
They got it in with A♣A♥ versus A♠K♣ and Blom had very little to fear on a A♦Q♦2♥10♥K♠ runout, as he doubled for 74,500.
Stephen Courtney bet-folded the J♣8♥3♣4♦A♦ river to the all-in of Gordon Padayachee and flashed the 10♣7♣ for a missed straight and flush draw. "I was trapping you all the way," Padayachee said as he exposed the 3♦3♠ for a set of treys.
Djordje Stojic entered and Hennie Appel re-entered, while Joe Rahme and Tanith Rothman busted. The field is up to 91 entries with 51 players remaining.
Rex Hsu was the chip leader on the live stream table when the field went on the dinner break and he added even more chips when they went back to the outer tables.
With the cards already on their backs, Alan Jung was at risk with K♣Q♥ for top pair on the K♠9♦6♥ flop. Hsu dominated with A♣K♥ and the kicker played on the 6♦ turn and 2♥ river.
