It checked to Jamie Vilela on the button and he bet 12,000. Once it folded back to Steenkamp, he reluctantly folded and exposed 8♠7♠ while Vilela flashed the 6♦6♣.

Ever since sitting down for Day 1c, Giovanni Gaggia has been very vocal no matter if he was involved in the hands or not, his table chat could be heard in the entire tournament room. He enjoyed some friendly banter with Ronit Chamani back and forth for a while and just did so again while check-raising the J♣7♣7♥ flop. Chamani folded and Gaggia proudly flashed the 9♥7♠ for trips.

Khan took on Max Deveson soon after with the Brit betting the 8♠6♥5♥2♣ turn for 5,000 and the 3♦ river for 5,500. Khan called with A♥8♣ and was good, as Deveson had missed a double draw holding 10♥9♥.
