Max Deveson claimed the first pot after the break once the tables switched for the final two hours of the night.
Vishal Ghoorbin then raised to 60,000 on the button and the Brit three-bet to 175,000 in the small blind. Ghoorbin folded after some consideration.
Up next, Harold Brooks raised and Jonathan Kalil defended the big blind. Kalil led the K♠5♥4♥ flop for 75,000 and Brooks folded the 3♥3♠, Kalil flashed his K♣ for top pair.

Max Deveson opened to 50,000 with the A♠10♦ on the button and Jonathan Kalil called out of the big blind with the 5♠5♥.
On the J♣8♠7♦ flop, Kalil led for 50,000 and did so again for 75l000 on the 4♦ turn, both of which Deveson called.
After the 3♣ river, Kalil bet 200,000 and Deveson reluctantly folded.
Stephen Courtney has been active with open raises and three-bets, but also had Nico Wiechers and Eben Lottering jam into him. Both times, he let go. Soon thereafter, Sean Bloom started a streak and claimed several small pots. He defended against a raise by Lottering and led the 7♣3♣3♦ flop for 75,000 to win the pot, joking "sometimes you don't even need to hit".
Bloom then check-raised the 9♥7♦2♣ flop against Keenan Pienaar and forced a fold to add more chips.
KM made it 55,000 to go from under the gun and was called only by Giovanni Zanette in the big blind, who had become the shortest stack on the feature table. Following the 9♠3♠3♣ flop, Zanette pushed all-in for 135,000 and KM called.

The 10♥ on the turn improved KM to superior two pair, as did the A♠ on the river. Zanette's run ends in 14th place and he collects ZAR52,400 ($2,882).
Giovanni Zanette opened the action with a raise to 60,000 from under the gun holding the 9♠9♦ and was called only by Harold Brooks in the hijack with the J♣10♣.
The K♣5♣3♠ flop saw Zanette bet 80,000 and Brooks stuck around with his flush draw. Both checked the 6♥ turn and Zanette also checked the 2♣ on the river. Brooks bet 200,000 and Zanette used two time banks before making the call.
Vishal Ghoorbin opened to 50,000 on the button and then called the big blind shove by fellow short stack Alan Jung for 235,000 total.

The fortune was on Jung's side earlier today but this time, he failed to catch any help on the 8♣4♠2♦5♦J♦ runout to finish in 15th place, which comes with a payday of ZAR44,800 ($2,464)
KM made it 55,000 to go with the J♦9♣ in the cutoff and Max Deveson called with the K♣9♦ in the big blind. They headed to the 9♥6♦2♥ flop on which Deveson checked, KM bet 80,000 and then called a check-raise to 195,000.
Deveson bet the 3♥ turn for 95,000 and KM stuck around to the 5♣ river on which both players checked, awarding the pot to the Brit.
