Chidwick Pressures Schindler on the River

Level 6 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Catching the action with the board reading {Q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{K-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and roughly 72,000 in the middle, Stephen Chidwick checked from the small blind over to Jake Schindler in the big.

Lehne Magnetizes Rest of Polk's Chips

Level 6 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Doug Polk
Doug Polk

Kathy Lehne has increased her massive chip-stack yet again. She got the best of Doug Polk who had been barely afloat in the last few levels. Polk's short stack finally got the crucial hit as the action got caught up on the turn.

Polk's last 40,500 went into the middle on the turn, with the {5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{K-Spades}{9-Hearts} on the felt. He got it in good with {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} but he was far from having it locked up as Lehne had a plenty of outs with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades}. She got one of them in the {4-Hearts} river, completing a flush to eliminate the social media fan-favourite.

"He Just Doesn't Believe Does He?"

Level 6 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Koray Aldemir bet 85,000 into a pot of about 70,000 from the big blind on {10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}. Steffen Sontheimer called on the button and both players checked the {k-Diamonds}.

"Two pair," Aldemir announced.

Sontheimer rolled over {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a flush.

"He just doesn't believe, does he?" Bill Perkins said.

Kempe chimed in that Sontheimer believed that the river would change things in his favor.

"Low flush draw and a double-gutter," Perkins mused.

"A low flush draw in that spot is a good one," Sontheimer observed.
