Wong Forces a Fold
Level 15
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
A player opened from the hijack and only Fu Wong called in the cutoff.
On the K♥Q♠J♠ flop, the hijack check-called a bet of 20,000 from Wong.
The turn brought the K♦ as Fu bet again for 45,000 before the hijack check-raised to 100,000, and Wong called after weighing his options.
The hijack then slowed down with a check on the 5♥ river with about two-thirds pot behind. Wong put out a bet of 80,000, and his opponent painfully laid it down after a minute's tank.
